At Bioracer, sustainability isn’t just a goal—it’s woven into the fabric of everything we do. 85% of our European products are manufactured in our own two European factories, giving us direct control over our production methods, material sourcing, and working conditions. This local production approach significantly reduces transportation emissions while ensuring the highest ethical and quality standards.

Our focus when sourcing new fabrics and other products is also on the certificates that the fabrics and suppliers have obtained.
Most of our fabrics have one or more of the following certificates:
Global Recycled Standard, Higg Facility Environmental Module, ICEA, ISO (14001, 50001, 14001, 9001), Bluesign, Oekotex.
Our shammy producer has the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates.
The paper shipping bags that we use are FSC-certified.
Our paper supplier has the FSC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Bureau Veritas Certification.
Our yarn supplier has the Cradle to Cradle Certificate, ISO 14001 and is involved in the UN Global Compact.
